Mercury retrograde as the year begins…and three more times.
Mars retrograde throwing the year into a tailspin as it ends.
Eclipses in Aries, Libra, and Pisces. Hot ‘n cold ‘n wet.

Horoscopes and tarot cards (oh my!).
2024 is going to be funky AF.
Deep breaths – and let’s make this year our best!
As you all know: I’m a self-confessed control freak. The only surprises I like are chocolate cake and glittery earrings. Other than that, I want to know what’s up so I can plan accordingly. Every year, I map out all the big astrological happenings well before the year kicks off. This helps me move through my year with as little drama as possible.
I’ve created this yearly mini-Astro Guide to give you the high fives and red flags you need to know so that you can be alert to the times when you need to amp up your awesome or kick back and wait it out.
How to use this astrology guide for 2024
Remember, the planetary action shows tendencies and potentials for opportunity… or problems. Awareness of what’s going on in the stars will give you an astro-edge because when you know what’s up, you can strategize how to work that energy to your advantage (even if the stars are grouchy!). Mark the dates of caution and action down in your calendar. Read your yearly scope + special tarot card wisdom to see the bigger picture for your sign. (You may also want to read the forecast for your rising sign as well.) Then: make 2024 your BFF. Bada bing!
Need more help? I have a list of trusted astrologers at the end of this post who will be more than happy to give you a full-on personalized forecast (a personal report will give you major details so that you can be well-armed).
Read on, astro-playas:
Mercury retrograde
Mercury will be retrograde at the beginning of 2024 for one day – and then it’s coming again three times this year. This year, they’ll be in fire signs, which means you’ll want to practice restraint. Instead of blazing forth, it’s better to tend to the flame gently. Conserve your fuel – and energy. As always, the usual Mercury retrograde advice applies: slow down, back up your computers, mind your words, and avoid signing contracts. Travel could be gnarly during these periods, so make sure you have plenty of just-in-case time factored in. Lastly, a side of patience is always recommended.

Mercury Retrograde dates:
January 1 stations direct in Sagittarius
April 1 – April 25 in Aries
August 4 – August 28 in Virgo and ends in Leo
November 25 – December 15 in Sagittarius
Mars Retrograde
Mars is associated with action, aggression, passion, and desire. During the retrograde period, you’ll want to watch your temper. It’s too easy to lose your cool, which could lead to major drama due to the placements in Leo and Cancer. The less impulsive you are, the less likely you’ll experience aggravation. Keep in mind it won’t be easy to maintain your bearings at times. Although Mars is fine in Leo, once it’s in Cancer, all hell can break loose. Mars is in its fall in the sign of the Crab. While it loves to protect the realm, once retrograde, it becomes bogged down in emotions, which threaten the peace in your kingdom. So, be patient, hold off on making bold moves, and do not let your anger get the best of you. After all, whoever starts the war under Mars retrograde, loses.
Mars will be retrograde on December 6th, 2024 – February 23rd, 2025. It begins in Leo and moonwalks back into Cancer on January 6th, 2023.
Eclipses
Eclipses bear mentioning because they can signal major changes afoot. You’ll need to check your chart to see where these changes might take place (if you don’t have a copy of your chart, you can get one free at alabe.com).
This year, the eclipses are in Aries, Libra, and Pisces (which puts the spotlight on relationships, courage, and compassion). Aries and Libra set the stage for relationship shake-ups, break-ups, and wake-ups, while Pisces opens the door for healing and forgiveness. On the world’s stage, matters of diplomacy, partnerships, spirituality, and peace will be affected. Also: Libra rules legal matters, so don’t be surprised if 2024’s election is filled with legal drama – or challenges. UGH.
Eclipse dates for 2024:
Lunar Eclipse Mar 25 05° Libra
Solar Eclipse Apr 8 19° Aries 22
Lunar Eclipse Sep 17 25° Pisces
Solar Eclipse Oct 2 10° Libra
New Moons/Full Moons
Moon cycles are GREAT for planning.
New Moons are perfect for starting something new, whether that be a relationship, a job, a diet, writing that novel you’ve been talking about, or even a whole new chapter of your life! New Moon Astrology by Jan Spiller can teach you how to set intentions that work for every New Moon. I swear by that book!
Full Moons are about letting go. Cut out that toxic lover, quit that draining job, give up your three-pack-a-day cigarette habit, and release anything that is old, outworn, or annoying (that crappy old sweater taking up space in your closet – begone!).

Other noteworthy astro-dates
Jupiter conjunct Uranus
April 20th – This aspect brings sudden good fortune, possibly financial. A windfall, turn of events, or unexpected rise in the markets could change the game. Jupiter conjunct Uranus is also fantastic for tolerance, intuition, and travel. Lastly, because of the placement in Taurus, there is no better time to give back. Focus on humanitarian goals, especially Mother Earth. Together, we can make a difference.
Jupiter sextile Neptune
June 23rd – Spiritual awareness kicks up a million notices when Jupiter forms sweet angles to Neptune. You can find your faith again. Dreams become real as practicality and vision collide. whatever you can dream up, can become real now.
Jupiter square Saturn
August 19th + December 24th – This challenging aspect brings conflict. A clash between progressive thinking and old fears could cause a stalemate. For some, this can mean a moral crisis or a moment when it’s hard to keep the faith. Do your best to stay grounded and compassionate. Do not give in to pessimism.
Sun conjunct Jupiter
Sun conjunct Jupiter – May 18th. This is a lucky day. Make your wishes, set those intentions, look for the good, and spread joy where you can. If opportunities arise, say YES with glee!
Outer planets
Most of the outer planets will remain in the signs they’ve been in for a while. But this year, there is some significant movement. Jupiter will head into Taurus, Saturn drifts into Pisces, and Pluto test-drives Aquarius. Hot damn!
Jupiter
Jupiter in Taurus at the beginning of the year. Jupiter in Taurus is hella lucky for money. The economy could see improvement – and your personal finances might too. This is the best time to update your budget, diversify your portfolio, or invest in real estate. Keep your risks minimal and plan for security instead. Because Taurus is ruled by Venus, sensuality could be elevated during this transit. You might want to purchase a few luxuries, eat at fancy restaurants, or spend more time at a spa. There is nothing wrong with treating yourself (often), as long as you remember to put a little dough aside for rainy days.
Jupiter enters Gemini on May 25th. Once the biggest planet in the galaxy enters the sign of the Twins, words become abundant. This transit is a boon for writers, so if that’s your field, you’re in luck. Great literature, breaking news stories, and fabulous songs or movies are all possible. If that’s not your jam, at the very least, you can broaden your vocabulary by reading all the books. This transit is also dynamite for short trips, classes, and social activity. It can be hella gossipy, though. Some rumors can take on a life of their own, so watch that you gather facts before you engage in whisper campaigns. It’s also wise to take news with a massive grain of salt, especially as it pertains to politicians. Some of them will be glib with the truth.
Jupiter will be retrograde from October 9, 2024 – February 4, 2025
The best advice during that period: go back to school, study something new, finally complete a degree, or take a trip that you put off far too long. This is NOT a good time for gambling. You can lose your shirt if you are too impulsive with your money.
Saturn
Saturn in Pisces. The planet of structure isn’t too happy in watery Pisces. Here, the energy becomes ungrounded and scattered. Instead of staying put and being responsible, this transit has everyone looking for the exit door. The best way to move through this transit: seek healthy escapes, find support if you’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed, and create a schedule with room to breathe. Saturn in Pisces can open hearts, leading to greater compassion. It’s also quite fab for art, music, and any sort of creative work. Bleeding hearts and artsy folks will be at their best now.
Saturn will be retrograde from June 29 – November 15. This is an ideal period for reviewing society’s structures as well as our relationship to technology. We can see where folks are falling through the cracks – and how to fix that. Technology breakthroughs are possible – or some people may turn away from it altogether. Social media has a chance to get it right by taking a good, hard look at how it is influencing the world. If it’s being used to spread hate, for example, this period might find new ways to combat that.
Pluto
Pluto in Capricorn at the beginning of the year. Pluto has been in Capricorn for several years, and it’s almost done. Pluto is the planet of transformation, and Capricorn represents the status quo, the old way. This transit is perfect for revolution – tearing down the old structures to make way for the new. The last time we had this transit was during the American Revolution! Observe politics for the next few years. The times are a-changing. Because of the retrograde, Pluto will be back in the sign of the goat during the election. At that time, we have a choice: build a new, inclusive future – or force the old guard to hold onto power.
Pluto enters Aquarius on January 20th. This is HUGE. After a decade in earthy Capricorn, Pluto is moving on and up in innovative Aquarius. This marks a time when technology, art, and science undergo significant transformation. Change is coming on a broader scale as well, for Aquarius favors the collective. The wheels of social justice are ready to turn, and progress is on the way (although a few crusty old types may try to cling to the old ways!). We can begin to build an equitable future at last. Whatever was dismantled during Pluto in Capricorn is going to be rebuilt for modern times. However, one last pass through Capricorn from September 2nd through November 19th will test democracy. Do we really want to slide back to the past? If not, be ready to do your part and vote!
Pluto will be retrograde from May 1st – October 10th. This retrograde is perfect for examining your own outdated beliefs and thought patterns. Where do you need to evolve? Where are you stuck in the old? Clear that energy and empower yourself by creating new thought forms that support the way you want to show up in the new world that is developing right underneath your nose.
*Pluto retrogrades back into Capricorn on September 2nd – and then heads back into Aquarius on November 19th, where it’s hanging for years.
The following planets are the same as last year – other than the retrograde dates, the info remains the same.
Uranus
Uranus in Taurus – The planet of revolution in Taurus, the sign that rules money, promises to bring about a financial revolution of sorts. If you’re looking for a steady, calm economy, good luck with that. Instead, this transit brings about major transformation – not just globally but also on a personal level. This promises to be a volatile and unpredictable time, but for those who are conscious, it may be a time to examine how free we really are when it comes to money.
For example, are you doing work solely for the dollar? Are you knee-deep in debt because you’re trying to keep up with the Joneses – or because you’ve made some poor decisions in the past? Are you obsessed with gathering possessions and power – at the expense of others? Uranus in Taurus will make you examine all of this and more. This period will demand that you look at your relationship with money – and evolve it. If you are unwilling to do so, Uranus may throw a few wrenches in the system that may force you to rethink how you’re handling it or making it.
We might see a massive shift in banking, financial institutions, and government. New money technology and the rise of alternative money such as bitcoins are possible. Corporations and politicians could face an intense backlash under this transit if they put profits before people. The last time this transit happened was during the ’30s and 40’s – the time of the Second World War and the Great Depression. Remember: astrology shows that history often repeats.
My advice for this transit: handle your money with care. Put some aside for a rainy day. Pay off your debts if possible. If you are conflicted with your relationship with money, consider reading The Art Of Money by Bari Tessler – an excellent book that will help you transform your financial picture. This is the ideal book for this transit.
Uranus is retrograde at the beginning of the year until January 27. It will be retrograde again from September 1st – January 30, 2025. This is an excellent time to reflect on your values as well as where you’re stuck. If you’re too firmly in your comfort zone, why? What might you need to do to break out of that? What changes do you need to make in your life, particularly around money?
Read No bull: a no-nonsense guide to maxing out the Uranus in Taurus transit.
Neptune
Neptune in Pisces – Neptune is the ruling planet of Pisces, so it’s pretty happy here. This period is fantastic for artists, musicians, and mystics. Whether you’re navel-gazing or tuning in and turning out, be sure to keep your feet firmly planted on the ground. This dreamy transit can produce escapism, so watch out for spaciness, drug/alcohol abuse, or other clever ways of avoiding responsibilities and other unpleasant things.
Neptune is retrograde from July 2nd – December 7, a perfect time for spiritual retreats, intuition work, and any sort of mystical groove. Watch out for a tendency towards escapism. Stay grounded.

Now – on to some mini 2024 personal-scopes with tarot advice! We’re focusing on Jupiter, Saturn, and eclipses, yo!
Aries: This year is a mixed bag, dear Aries. Thanks to Jupiter’s transit through your money zone, finances are on the upswing. But Saturn, sitting in the introspection section of your chart, finds you stuck in navel-gazing mode for much of the year. You’re typically action-oriented, so it may feel uncomfortable. However, the potential for inner growth is stronger than ever. Keep looking within, and you’ll continue to release old fears, stories, and destructive habits. April is a month to tread carefully. Mercury will be retrograde in your sign for three weeks beginning on the 1st. Also: a Solar Eclipse hits your sign on the 22nd, which signals a fresh start. This combo brings a rebirth – with a side of hard labor. Your social life improves when Jupiter slips into Gemini on May 25th. Even though you’re still contemplative, your days will hum with errands, events, and mentally stimulating conversations. If you’re a writer, new inspiration is possible as well. On December 6th, your ruler, Mars, will be retrograde until February 23rd. It’s best to remain mindful, even if you’re chomping at the bit for excitement. A bit of restraint as the year ends will ensure you’re fueled for next year, so keep it chill.
The Wheel of Fortune – Opportunity knocks when you least expect it. A change for the better appears out of the blue.
Taurus: You are luckier than usual, thanks to Jupiter and Uranus in your sign as the year begins. Random opportunities, positive attention, and unexpected breaks come your way, dear Taurus. Enjoy this good energy – but don’t push your luck when it comes to friends. Saturn is hanging tight in your social zone, which could bring difficulties with your entourage. A few frenemies may emerge, putting a dent in your posse. Let those treacherous types go and focus on your trusted allies instead. A Solar Eclipse on April 8th reveals a truth or a secret enemy. Whatever you learn that day will prove to be helpful info. Your career could undergo a dramatic change this year thanks to two Eclipses in the work section of your chart. The first one occurs on March 25th and brings an ending, while the second one delivers a fresh opportunity on October 2nd. If you want to take a new route, this year provides the push to move ahead. On May 25th, Jupiter waltzes into your 2nd house, and suddenly, your cash flow widens. Over the next year, you could attract a lot more dough. Be sure to invest it wisely, especially once Mars is retrograde on December 6th. A cautious approach will keep you in the black in 2025.
Judgement – Out with the old, in with the new you. Let go, let go, let’s GO!
Gemini: This past year has pushed you in many ways, dear Gemini. Saturn has been holding firm in the reputation sector of your chart, which forced new responsibilities on your shoulders. While this has helped you climb the company ladder, you may have experienced moments of burnout. Unfortunately, this transit will continue for 2024, so you must keep your nose firmly on the grindstone. But Jupiter is about to deliver rewards when it heads into your sign on May 25th. For the past year, it’s given you the grace to move on, even when you felt like giving up. Once it’s in Gemini, you’re about to ascend to dizzying new heights. Opportunities will land in your lap, some of which may put you directly in the limelight. Two Mercury retrograde periods will test your mettle: August 4th – 28th and November 25th – December 15th. During those times, Mercury will make challenging angles to your sign, which amplifies that retrograde madness. Slow down, think before you act, and watch your words if you wish to avoid drama. Pay close attention to the Eclipses on March 25th and October 2nd. These land in your true love zone, indicating a new romantic partner or a change in your relationship status. For some Geminis, it could mean a baby. Mars retrograde in your 3rd house on December 6th gives you the perfect excuse to slow your roll. End this year celebrating the wins at home. Above all, don’t allow 2024’s challenges to throw salt in your game. Next year is your official glow-up.
Seven of Cups – Your imagination is on fire this year. What you dream of can become real. Trust your muses.
Cancer: 2024 has a split personality, dear Cancer. It starts with Jupiter gracing your social sector, which puts you in party mode for the first part of the year. Expect plenty of fun with your posse. Some of this could involve travel since Saturn is still sitting pretty in your 9th house. A long journey with your besties could strengthen bonds. Perhaps it’s time to cross a trek around the world off your bucket list? Avoid travel when Mercury stations retrograde from April 1st – 25th. During that period, your plans could go awry in a snap. You don’t need that! If you experience a setback, take a deep breath and seek detours. Two Eclipses land in your domestic zone, which might indicate a change of residence…or a family situation coming to a head. These occur on March 25th and October 2nd. By the time they are over, your living situation could look drastically different. Another Eclipse to watch out for happens on September 17th. It’s excellent for a sabbatical in another part of the world. If you can schedule a trip to a distant shore, you can toast the Eclipse as it rises! Quiet time beckons when Jupiter rests in your 12th house, beginning on May 25th. After all this socializing, you need downtime. Amp up your self-care as much as possible. It will keep you in great fighting form. Mars retrograde on December 6th puts a yellow light on spending. If you’re not careful, the holiday budget could get blown to smithereens. A better plan: mellow, no-cost activities at your crib. The best way to end the year!
Ace of Wands – This is the “hell yeah” you’ve been waiting for. If you need a sign, it’s here.
Leo: Jupiter is putting a huge spotlight on you as the year commences, dear Leo. It’s shining brightly in your career zone, which gives you ample opportunities and applause (your favorite thing). You’re a supernova, and now the world gets to recognize your talent. Take all the bows as you collect well-deserved rewards. Heads up: Saturn is still in your 8th house, forcing you to manage your cash flow. Last year brought a few unpleasant surprises. Perhaps you had an unexpected tax bill or a rocky time with the stock market. Maybe an ex went on a wild spending spree (hence, they’re an ex). Now you know better. A few tweaks to your budget and cautious spending habits will deliver excellent results by year’s end. Your social life expands once Jupiter marches into chatty Gemini on May 25th. Suddenly, you’re on all the must-invite lists. It’s also possible you have reasons to celebrate. Either way, have fun! Kick up your lucite heels! Three Eclipses land in the travel parts of your chart: March 25th, April 8th, and October 2nd. Journeys scheduled on those days could be life-changing. Once Mars is retrograde in your sign on December 6th, you’ll need to slow your roll. While your social life is still humming, it’s a chill groove, best for early bedtimes instead of boogying down all night. You’ll also need to exercise caution. If you’re careless, you could be accident-prone. You certainly don’t want to end this year on the wrong kind of bang! This retrograde hangs around until February 23rd, 2025, plenty of time to practice gracefulness.
The Lovers – Love is the answer to every question. If you follow your big heart, you’ll win every time.
Virgo: Some of your biggest lessons of 2023 came through relationships, dear Virgo. You had to learn about give and take – and boundaries. Your schooling continues this year because Saturn is still hanging around the partnership section of your chart. By now, you know where to compromise or set new ground rules. You’ll continue to refine your boundaries as 2024 unfolds. You will pass this test if you keep doing the work. Jupiter helps you keep the faith as it moves through your 9th house. If you need to get away to clear your head, the first five months are best. Where do you want to go? A sabbatical far from the daily grind will leave you with a new perspective. Avoid journeys when your ruler, Mercury, is retrograde from August 4th – 28th or November 25th – December 15th. The potential for aggravation is too high, then. Remember: you want to feel lighter, not tense! If you avoid those two periods, you’ll miss out on stupid drama. Your career sparkles when mighty Jupiter enters your 10th house on May 25th, signaling a year of significant developments. A new position or more prominent role in the public eye is possible. One thing is for sure: you’re going places. The sky is truly the limit! A few Eclipses dock in your money zones: March 25th, September 17th, and October 2nd. Pay close attention to your finances around those dates. You may receive a surprise. That could be good or bad, depending on your situation. No matter what happens, refrain from making decisions until the dust settles a few days later. You’ll have a better idea of where you stand. Take time off when Mars stations retrograde, starting December 6th. A staycation or time spent in meditation will soothe your soul, leaving you refreshed for 2025.
Three of Wands – Oh, the places you’ll go! Plot your journeys and sally forth! The world is your playground.
Libra: 2024 promises to be transformative, dear Libra. Two eclipses land directly in your sign: A Lunar Eclipse on March 25th and a Solar Eclipse on October 2nd. These days could help you shed an old story, one that has held you back far too long. It’s also possible certain relationships may come to a close, which will free you to be your true self. This feels like a deep “cleansing.” You’ll be a new person by the time the October Eclipse comes and goes. Jupiter is bringing financial growth for the first part of the year. New streams of income or joint ventures could set you up for future security. But Saturn in the work sector of your chart means you have to earn this dough. Hard work is involved, but you won’t mind if the rewards are solid. Speaking of Saturn, take extra good care of your health this year. You’ve pushed it in 2023, and now you must seek balance. Rest, healthy foods, and gentle exercise will have you in tip-top shape. If it’s been a minute since you’ve seen a doctor or dentist, put that on your calendar, too. On May 25th, Jupiter will enter your 9th house, kicking your wanderlust into high gear. Is a world tour in order? Or would you prefer to broaden your horizons through higher education? Choose what feels most exciting, and go for it! Let your curiosity take you to new places. By the time 2024 comes to a close, you’re ready to mingle. However, Mars is retrograde in your social sector, prompting you to cull a few frenemies from your circle. As you bid these nefarious types adieu, new people may emerge (of course – everyone wants to hang with you). Don’t be too hasty to call someone your new bestie. It’s wiser to vet folks carefully if you want to avoid the phonies.
Death – What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. After last year’s tests, the most powerful version of you is on the way.
Scorpio: This year brings some serious relationship juju, dear Scorpio. Jupiter graces your partnership zone for the first five months of 2024, which amplifies your attraction capabilities (not that you’ve ever had trouble attracting admirers). Expect a romantic buffet with plenty of tempting options! It may be hard to choose! For single Scorpions, this is a lovely and fun development. Partnered Scorps could find current flames getting hotter and closer. Either way, you can win in the love department. Also, Saturn remains in your 5th house all year. This forces you to examine what you really want. Is commitment your thing? Or does it send you screaming like a banshee? If it’s the former, you might be ready to put a ring on it or start discussions around having a child. It’s best to be honest with yourself and your lovers if it’s the latter. Do not say “I do” if you don’t feel it. If you’re unsure, a Lunar Eclipse on September 17th reveals all. By that time, you’ll know what’s up. Speaking of Eclipses, this year is less harsh than the past two years. Instead, they’re coming along like a clean-up crew to help you tidy up from the inside out and the outside in. Two in your 12th house could deliver epiphanies and clarity: the Lunar Eclipse on March 25th and the Solar Eclipse on October 2nd. On those days, you will feel as if you can shear off any old layers of internal gunk. Free at last! Jupiter enters your intimacy section on May 25th, and suddenly, new revenue streams come rumbling your way. Money worries ease up as your income potential grows exponentially. This could be the start of a bigger bank account and plentiful resources. Yay! Just remember to invest carefully. Saturn will reel you back if you play loose and fast with your extra change. On December 6th, your ruler, Mars, will station retrograde in your 10th house. During this period, which lasts until February 23rd, you’ll need to exercise caution with your career and reputation. If you take on the role of wannabe dictator, you could piss off your peers and the public. Take the reins gently, and folks will continue to support you.
Justice – Everything is working out in your favor. Past decisions and good karma ensure your success.
Sagittarius: You’ll have great luck in your career this year, dear Sagittarius. Jupiter tours your 6th house at the beginning of 2024, providing you with opportunities to shine at work. A new role could open up for you, the perfect reward for your efforts. This could expand your duties but also your paycheck. Your home life requires a ton of patience. Stern Saturn is not messing around, and you shouldn’t either. Certain family members push their luck by relying on you too much. Is it time to cut the cord? Perhaps. Also, home improvement projects need your attention. If your nest is a mess, how can you concentrate? Your loved ones and household duties will cramp your style, but that can be nipped in the bud with solid boundaries. New relationships enter your life when Jupiter heads into your partnership zone on May 25th. If you crave a bigger social circle (or romantic variety), you’re in luck! Two Eclipses signal major changes with your current group of pals: the Lunar Eclipse on March 25th and the Solar Eclipse on October 2nd. A new friend may suddenly enter your life around those days. It’s also possible an old ally might exit the picture. Either way, plenty of exciting people will come into your orbit, so there’s lots to look forward to. Watch out for the Mercury retrograde from November 25th to December 15th. Those dates could test your last nerve like never before. You could also open your mouth and put both hooves in it. It is best to keep your opinions on the scarce side around that time. Also, Mars will be retrograde from December 6th through February 23rd, another good reason to zip your legendary lips. If you can avoid shooting off your beak, the world will be a happier place…and so will you.
King of Swords – Logic and truth are your weapons this year. Use them wisely, and you’ll score points and eliminate foes.
Capricorn: There is much to look forward to this year, dear Capricorn. For one, your love life has plenty of sparkle, thanks to Jupiter sailing through your true love zone for the first few months of 2024. If you’re in a relationship, this is a blissful time. Expect plenty of romance and the possibility of a deeper connection. Single? A new bevy of admirers may show up, vying for your attention. You’ll have your pick – so choose wisely. Your ability to concentrate is noteworthy. It’s even better this year due to Saturn’s transit through your 3rd house. You have the mental acuity to make epic plans, write novels, or pass every exam. Whether you’re a student, writer, academic, or executive, this year gives you the sharpness to excel at anything you put your mind to. It’s also a nifty time for travel, provided you keep cool during the Mercury retrograde periods this year (find those dates in the section above). A lovely date for a romantic getaway might be the Lunar Eclipse on September 17th. Grab your boo and take a spontaneous journey to somewhere that makes your heart skip a beat. Two Eclipses light up your career this year: the Lunar Eclipse on March 25th and the Solar Eclipse on October 2nd. These days bring significant change, so stay alert for opportunities or endings. Give it a few days before acting. You’ll want to see precisely what is being offered before committing. Good news: Jupiter will enter your 6th house on May 25th. This provides you with an abundance of career options. No matter what happens around the Eclipses, you’re golden. The Universe wants you to succeed! The end of the year finds you angling for a vacation. While it’s fine to jet off, Mars is retrograde from December 6th through February 23rd, so you’ll want to take precautions, especially if you’re the risky adventure type. There’s nothing wrong with exciting excursions until you realize you forgot to charge your cell phone.
Page of Wands – A dazzling new job or creative venture brings excitement. What you start this year will flourish.
Aquarius: Cue Donna Summer’s “She Works Hard For The Money,” because that’s your theme song for 2024. Saturn is burrowed in your money zone, which means you’ll earn every dime that comes your way. Nothing is handed to you this year. Great effort is required. While that may sound dire, it’s not. You’ll appreciate your earnings because you had to grind your way to the top. Jupiter in your domestic sector provides ample support from your loved ones. If you’re busting your ass, you can be sure they have your back. In fact, they are willing to pitch in if you feel burnout looming. All you have to do is ask. This transit of Jupiter is also divine for purchasing or renovating a home. If you want a bigger or better crib, you got it! Once Jupiter moves out on May 25th, your focus will center on love. New romantic possibilities appear, so get yourself out there if you’re single. If you’re already in a steady relationship, this bodes well for a commitment. You’re an excellent bet for the long term once you say, “I do.” Whoever wins your heart will be a lucky duck! Three Eclipses happen in the travel sectors of your chart: A Lunar Eclipse on March 25th, a Solar Eclipse on April 8th, and another Solar Eclipse on October 2nd. Those would be divine days for road trips or globe-trotting adventures. You’ll also want to pay attention to the Lunar Eclipse on September 17th, which lands in your 2nd house. This could signal an end to an income stream. Be ready to hit the job market if that happens. Don’t fret – it won’t take long to find a new vocation. Keep your aggression in check when Mars is retrograde from December 6th – February 23rd. If you push matters too hard, your relationships could suffer. A spirit of compromise will get better results.
Nine of Swords – Keep close tabs on your stress levels. Elevate self-care, practice good sleep hygiene, and seek support as needed.
Pisces: Saturn is still in your sign, dear Pisces. It may feel as if the world is getting personal with you at this time. You’re forced to work on yourself more than usual. Some situations are putting you in uncomfortable positions, too. While this feels heavy, do know that this is temporary. If you continue to do the inner work, you will grow. Rise above the petty and don’t give in to feelings of despair. You got this! Thankfully, Jupiter casts a favorable glow on your mindset this year. As it moves through your 3rd house, you can see how far you’ve come. This helps you keep the faith. Once Jupiter enters your 4th house on Mary 25th, you might be ready to move on, literally or figuratively. This marks a better period for your living situation. A new home or a bigger pad is possible. Of course, this is especially good news if you hav been forced to bunker down with loved ones. You could be on your own at last. Your family will still be there for you, but you won’t need them as much as last year. Three Eclipses light up the money sections of your chart, which could mean new sources of revenue – or the end of a debt. Those occur on March 25th, April 8th, and October 2nd. The most critical Eclipse happens on September 17th. On that day, a Lunar Eclipse happens in your sign, which marks the end of a chapter. This is significant, especially if the past few years have been harsh. The green light is here; you’re free and ready for fresh starts galore! Watch your health during the Mars retrograde period from December 6th to February 23rd. You’re accident-prone at that time. If you’re attentive, you can avoid mishaps. But if you’re not, your clumsy feet could trip you up. Wear good shoes and watch where you’re going!
Four of Swords – This year allows you to put some issues to rest once and for all. Serenity now!
